PhotoTrainer Sign-up Policy
Many dates sell out and I want to make sure you can get in. Seat availability is monitored and indicated in the workshop listing. This site functions on a first-come, first-served basis. So sign up when you know your schedule, because the classes are often full by the week of the class date. Seating is limited to 8 people per class and the DSLR Explore is limited to six.
We do not take credit cards. PayPal does, and we DO use PayPal and we like them. Some people are understandably concerned if they have never used PayPal before. Yeah, they make you sign up. We have found them to be very professional, helpful and fair. They will even take your personal checks though this does take some added time. PayPal fits our business and saves us from the time and expense involved with administration. This helps us keep PhotoTrainer affordable.
When you sign up for a class, all sales are final. If you cannot make it to a class and we have 10 days notice, I will return your money minus a $20 fee to cover PayPal and administration costs. If the class is cancelled, you will receive full credit towards another PhotoTrainer class or training. We reserve the right to reschedule classes when necessary.
Important note regarding workshops: PhotoTrainer workshops teach the DSLR camera. You need one of these cameras to participate in a class. We only teach point and shoot cameras in private one on one sessions. Please read "Is your camera a DSLR?" to determine if your camera is a Single Lens Reflex camera.
